The CARE Company provides excellent before and after school care. It is located in the cafeteria, but also makes use of the gymnasium and playgrounds. Miss Chris, the CARE Supervisor, is very popular with the students in her care. She has a teaching degree and formerly worked at Niles School teaching ESL (English as a Second Language) to pre-schoolers. The other members of the staff are Miss Adela and Miss Indira ("Miss Indy").
In the photo above, children are making traditional Chinese mooncakes using a simplified recipe. This activity was chosen because on that evening there was a full moon.
