Principal's Message

Welcome to Schroeder Elementary School!

Schroeder has a rich legacy of success and many points of pride. Every aspect of our school is driven by our core values: kindness, perseverance, and respect. Character Education is an essential part of our learning.  

Through communication and trust, our school community cultivates an inclusive environment where all students, staff, and families feel respected. Building relationships is at the core of all we do. The perspectives of each member of our learning community are valued, allowing us to engage and motivate students on a personal and academic level. The physical and emotional safety of our school community is paramount. Partnering with families is a huge part of our success as a learning community.  

A goal for our learning community is to foster life-long learners, and we, as a staff, will build our capacity by holding ourselves to those same standards. As life-long learners, staff members set goals, tackle challenges, and seek opportunities for growth. Purposeful professional learning and collaboration opportunities are available to all staff members in order to maximize our impact on student learning. 

Our school is dedicated to deep learning. We are dedicated to creating conditions in which each child will thrive. We equip our students with the skills needed to succeed not only in school, but in life as well. We are creating collaborators, problem solvers, and passion seekers. Every child at Schroeder Elementary will receive a world-class education.
